Services Policy


General Information & Delivery Timeframe
MedicalReady Services has a number of services, and these services are ordered and delivered online. Each service has a timeframe for delivery (in non-peak times), which is usually appear in the service description. Before making an order for any service, we ask our clients to read carefully the service description. Refund Policy
We provide our services electronically and in Australian Dollars. Our services are subject to GST (except Assessment Ready services as they are educational). Generally, MedicalReady Services do not provide refunds for most of ordered services. Most of our services are provided in consultation with our clients. For Careers Ready, Application Ready and Practice Ready usually there is a drafting stage for our work, where a client can provide their feedback before we produce the final or semi-final. If a client has any complaint, concern or feedback, they are advised to call us. Therefore, no refund will be issued after delievering the service. Refund can be processed before starting the work on requested service in special circumstances, and after deducting Administration & Processing Fees and Cancelation Fee. For online courses available in Assessment Ready, refunds are available if a course has not started. Notification of course cancellation should be received at least 48 hours before the course start date/time.

Privacy Policy
MedicalReady Services collect information about contact details (e.g. email address, telephone number(s), residential and delivery addresses); Payment and transaction details/history (including information about payment cards); Ordered services; Records of communications and interactions with us; and Details/history of purchases and behaviour relating to transactions, products, services and activity with our digital services. We cannot 100% guarantee the security of data when it is transmitted over the internet or stored on the webserver or local machines. We handle your Personal Information in connection with providing, administering, improving, and personalising our products and services, and to support our business functions. This can include: To manage your requests for products and services, including delivery, processing payments, providing refunds and discounts; To communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions (including direct marketing); To help us improve our products and services, including conducting product and market research; To improve our operational processes to enhance your customer experience; To respond to your feedback, queries, or concerns; Investigative, fraud, refund and loss prevention activities; Interacting with Regulators and relevant government entities; and/or As otherwise required or permitted by law.
